Michael is both a successful entrepreneur and award-winning business coach. He built his own seven-figure consumer electronics brand, which he sold to a private equity firm in 2021. As a coach, he was named the top Business Coach in EMEA for four years running, working with leaders across industries like manufacturing, finance, and tech.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Cork, Ireland, and is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA, CGMA).
